Some players have found that tilting a tee a certain way helps them to hit fades and draws better. To hit a draw or hook, tee the ball a little higher and tilt it toward you as far as you can to still be able to hold the ball. To hit a fade, tee the ball lower and tilt the tee away from you. It may be psychological, but if it works for you then go with it on the course when you need to work the ball.
